below. By purchasing an item either through our website or by phone,

- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated
based on the current UPS shipping rates shipping to the lower
48 states only! Hawaii and Alaska are not included in those prices.
Orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, or Overseas will require us to
manually calculate the charge prior to the order being shipped.
We will inform you of the charges and ask for your approval of
such charges prior to shipment of your item in these cases.
- Shipment by: Orders shipped by TrailerParts.net
will normally be sent by UPS. Shipping requires a street address
(no PO Box’s). It is possible that we may elect to ship
by a carrier other than UPS should we decide that an alternative
method is preferrable. Shipping available to US and Overseas.
- Delivery time: Most items ordered from TrailerParts.net
will be shipped within 48 hours unless backordered. In cases of
backordered items, you will be informed of an expected shipping
date. Delivery during the Christmas season may require additional
shipping days.
- Consolidated Shipments: Orders containing
multiple items will be shipped together when possible.

- Promptness and Packaging: All returns must
be postmarked no latter than 15 days from the original customer
shipping date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition
and include original packaging. Customers must ship all items
in an appropriate shipping box or crate. TrailerParts.net retains
the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these requirements.
- Return Authorization Number: A return authorization
number is required for any return or exchange. Either email
or call 1-866-323-0220 for a number.
- Fees for Returns or Exchanges: A restocking
or handling fee may be applicable in some cases. Please inquire
about possible restocking/handling fees for your item prior to
returning it to us.
- Incorrect Item Received: No extra charge,
of course! TrailerParts.net will replace any incorrect item and
pay the return shipping charges for any incorrect item that is
our fault. TrailerParts.net will reimburse customer the standard
shipping rate only!
- Warranty Exchanges: Items purchased from TrailerParts.net
carry the warranty granted by the product manufacturer. Please
contact our Customer Service department by email

to your item(s).

before new orders when the backordered items become available.
